Bucksbaum Campus

 

105,000 sf redevelopment of the 22-acre Castle Creek Campus.  The campus is used by the Aspen Music Festival and School in the summer and the Aspen County Day School in the winter.  The multi-phased, fast track project includes new construction of two new bridges, practice rooms, teaching studios, three rehearsal spaces, classrooms, science lab and gymnasium and upgrades to an existing bridge.

 

Jackson Center for the Arts Phase I

 

90,000 sf arts and education pavilion containing and dance studios, administration space, residential units and structured parking.

 

Benedict Music Tent

 

37,500 sf Legacy facility, creating a permanent venue for the Aspen Music Festival, containing the main tent canopy, a stage canopy, back of house & an underground link to the Harris Concert Hall.

 

TAXI 2

 

The innovative 550-ft long "landscraper" combines 2-story loft living on the upper floors and retail/office on the lower.  The project is located in River North, Denver's newest emerging neighborhood.

 

Anderson Ranch Arts School

 

10,000 sf timber framed ceramics studio incorporating a historic 1880's era log structure

 

Bucksbaum Campus Phase II

 

The final phase of the campus renovation including the remodel of the existing 9,500 sf of historic Administration Building and the addition of a 14,500 sf Cafeteria Building, and 11,000 sf Middle School Building, and 8,250 sf Gym/Rehearsal Hall.

 

Carbondale School

 

10,000 sf timber building with large central room and whimsical roof forms on the corners of the building

 

Crestone Charter School

 

14,500 sf glulam, SIP, and ICF building consisting of 1-story and 2-story classroom wings and a central core containing a multi-purpose room and administrative offices.  The project has Verified Leader CoCHPS certification.

 

The Glacier House

 

10,000 sf composite steel framed residence with expressed stainless steel structural features.

 

Basalt River Lofts

 

11,000 sf three story mixed use building south of downtown Basalt.  KL&A’s Roaring Fork office occupies a ground level office space.

 

Breckenridge Riverwalk

 

11,000 sf replacement of fabric tent with a permanent shell structure with seating for 780
