The certified LEED-NC Platinum project is considered one of the most energy efficient buildings of its scale in the world and is on target to operate at a net-zero energy consumption annually.

A fast-track project, Building 29C was completed in 9 months after the design process began. Coordination with the equipment manufacturer in Switzerland was critical during the design phase.
KL&A provided the structural design, steel detailing, steel erection and steel construction managemnt services for this project. Service intergration provided a "one-step" point of contact for coordination of the structural steel portion of the project.

The 75,000 sf Medical office building is the second of five buildings Hensel Phelps Construction Company and the design team are working on as part of Greeley's Northern Colorado Medical Center Campus. The building houses an urgent care center, pharmacy, imaging facility, blood draw unit and private medical offices. In addition to the structural steel design, KL&A provided steel construction services including construction management, steel detailing, steel fabrication and steel erection.
After 30 years of incoporation, Snowmass has a town hall. The 23,000 sf building was designed to blend in with the surrounding area and houses council chambers, the police department, and office space.
This downtown Pueblo, Colorado project incorporates the reinforced concrete frame structure of the former library into a steel and exposed architectural concrete building. Structural challenges included a 3-story bridge that spans Bates Lane, cantilevered monumental stairs, and the wafer thin cantilevered 45-ft trellis at the south end of the building.
The Highlands Pond Residence is a single family home situated on five acres near the base of Aspen Highland's Thunderbowl. The residence has been honored by its selection for the cover of "Project 2013" issue of Global Architecture Houses. Unique features of the residence include: structural glass floors, a 68' clear span Porte Cochere, a 58' radiused cast glass wall, over 500 cubic yards of architecturally exposed concrete walls and columns, and a combination of titanium and granite paver roof finishes.
