7,500 sf Interpretive Center and support facilities designed and built with the intent of minimizing stress on the natural environment - LEED BD+C Platinum.

100,000 sf composite steel, masonry, and precast building consisting of a 1 story and 3 story classroom wings a a central core containing the cafeteria and gym - anticipated LEED Silver

 

CCU First Residential

 

Light gage dormitory using Prescient systems.

 

Pagosa Springs Medical Center

 

2-story, 25,000 sf medical office building attached to the existing hospital with a front entry and connector.

 

Colorado Plains Medical Center

 

This 68,000 sf project consists of new medical offices, a new emergency medical services entrance and a new lobby/administration area for the Fort Morgan Hospital.  Work also consisted of relocation and/or construction of MRI facilities and x-ray services.  The project was carefully scheduled to avoid interrupting day to day operations of the facility.  

 

Home Ranch Welcome Center

 

3,100 sf welcome center consisting of a visitors center, with exhibition space, and public restrooms.  

 

Jeffco Open School

 

91,000 sf steel framed addition and renovation of an existing structure featuring a large two-story clerestory commons/cafeteria, many varying roof heights and clerestory window penetrations in roof steps.
