Additions to three buildings on an existing school campus. Approximate added areas include 10,000 sf to an elementary/middle school, 7,100 sf to the high school, and an activity building with a gymnasium and cafeteria that added about 25,000 sf.

40,000 sf, 4-story lab and office addition to existing building on Colorado State University campus

Gillette College Student Housing

 

50,000 sf 3-story dormitory with dining hall/cafeteria for 250 people.

 

Vic Square

 

3-story composite steel building with a basement.  The top level will be a penthouse, the second level will be office space, and the ground level will be retail spaces.

 

Eagle River Fire and Police Station

 

24,000 sf combined fire and police station serving the Eagle River Fire Protection District and the Town of Avon Police Department 

 

Three Trees

 

15,000 sf private residence located on a steeply sloping site with spectacular views of the surrounding valley.  The residence is constructed using composite steel framing and features extensive use of architectural concrete.

 

Brasada Resort

 

LEED certified resort including a LEED Gold sales office, golf clubhouse, golf pro shop, bed and breakfast, recreation center and a post office.

 

Elk Camp Gondola

 

The on mountain restaurant is located at the top of the gondola and is the first phase of a building that will eventually be the base for outdoor sports and special events.  The building includes a 250 seat restaurant, 1,500 sf of skier services and conference space.  Anticpated LEED Gold.

 

Kent Denver Dining Hall

 

20,000 sf cafeteria building including re-use and renovation of 5,600 sf of an existing cafeteria - achieved LEED BD+C Platinum.

 

Limelight Lodge

 

Redevelopment project, consisting of 128 traditional lodging units and 17 condominiums in two new 4-story buildings

 

Robert Hoag Rawlings Public Library

 

This downtown Pueblo, Colorado project incorporates the reinforced concrete frame structure of the former library into a steel and exposed architectural concrete building.  Structural challenges included a 3-story bridge that spans Bates Lane, cantilevered monumental stairs, and the wafer thin cantilevered 45-ft trellis at the south end of the building.

 

Denver School of Science and Technology

 

45,000 sf middle school addition to an existing high school - LEED Silver.

Doerr-Hosier Center

 

The Doerr-Hosier Center, the new conference center at The Aspen Institute, earned a LEED Green Building Gold Rating.  The 22,000 sf building was constructed using low-impact materials, making the most of natural lighting and devising a geothermal reflecting pool to heat and cool the building.  

 

Johnson County Nursing Home

 

39,000 sf two-story steel framed 50 bed senior care facility. The structure includes composite steel floor slabs, structural masonry stair and elevator cores, and a steel framed barrel vault entry.

 

Glenrock Library

 

14,500 sf two-story steel framed library.

 

Douglas Library

 

30,000 sf two-story steel framed library.

 

Freight

 

28,000 sf, mixed-use building is a remodel of a former freight terminal. It is located in the Taxi development of the Denver Rhino district.

 

Royal Gorge Bridge & Park

 

Steel construction for the rebuilt visitor center campus including accessory structures, water/wastewater facilities, zipline and tram platforms, and architectural guardrails throughout.

 

Otterbox Canyon Place

 

54,000 sf five story office building with full basement. Composite steel floor framing with reinforced masonry shear wall lateral system.

 

Aspen View

 

15,000 sf composite steel framed residence featuring cantilevered roofs and cantilevered rooms.

 

Aspen View Academy

 

75,000 sf composite steel and steel joist framed building consisting on 3-story classroom wings and 1 story gymnasium, cafeteria and library areas.
