Situated on the Golden, Colorado campus of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, the 220,000 sf Research Support Facility is a showcase office building demonstrating that highly efficient, large scale buildings can be both aesthetically pleasing and cost-competitive.  The certified LEED-NC Platinum project is considered one of the most energy efficient buildings of its scale in the world and is on target to operate at a net-zero energy consumption annually.

Windsor Mill

 

Windsor Mill is a 4 story brick and heavy timber building with stone foundations that was built in the late 1800’s. It was damaged by a tornado in 2008. The approximate square footage is 26,000, and the scope will include rebuilding the 3rd and 4th floor, as well as updating the foundations for a full basement. The planned use for the building is a mix of restaurant, brewery, bar, and general office. It is a historic building.

Denver Housing Authority South Lincoln

 

93,000 sf eight story housing development consisting of cast-in-place mild reinforced concrete below grade with post-tensioned concrete flat plate construction above grade - anticipated LEED Gold

 

Crandall Building Remodel/Addition

 

The project consists of a 2,500 sf penthouse on the top of the historic Crandall Building.  The remodel/addition to the Crandall Building brought the 1970's building up to 21st century standards while keeping the essence of the building that was originally designed by artist and architect Thomas W. Benton.

 

Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts

 

39,000 sf performing arts and convention center with a 522 seat theater and 13,000 sf of conference/convention space

130,000 sf six story senior living housing development.

145,300 sf comprised of four 2-6 story wood framed buildings on a concrete podium slab over parking and featuring panelized construction - LEED Gold.

110,000 square feet of wood framed affordable housing, including 81 unites, mixed with retail over a cast-in-place slab over below ground parking.

 

Odell Brewery House Expansion

 

15,000 sf addition to existing brewery including: 13,000 sf of tap room, brew house and grain handling space to the east of the existing building; 2,000 sf of cellar space west of the existing building.  Cellar space features cast-in-place concrete slab capable of supporting 8 fermentation vessels.
